1Do I have to be home for my cleaning?
There is no need for you to be home during the cleaning schedule as long as you let us know the proper directions and instructions for entering and exiting your house. You may also leave the keys or code with us. Our cleaners are trustworthy, and police checked. However, it will still depend on your preference and / or agreement with us prior to accepting our cleaning services.
2How many cleaners will you send?
It will always depend on how big the job is. We usually send a team of 2.
3How long will the cleaning take?
A minimum of 2 hours apply per visit however it depends entirely on the size of the area and on what areas of the house or property you would like us to clean.
4Can you provide the same cleaners each visit?
Yes. We want to make sure that you will be comfortable seeing the same person entering and cleaning your house or property. You will be informed should there be any changes prior to the cleaning schedule.
5Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. All cleaning materials, equipment and chemicals are provided.
6What if I need to cancel a scheduled cleaning service?
We are a company that is always considerate of our cleaners. Their time and effort are their money. In the event of cancelling or rescheduling a cleaning service, please notify us at least 2 business days in advance.
